"I am writing this email to express my sincere gratitude for the work you have done recently in the Emergency Department. From initial contact you were helpful with the design and your flexibility was especially accommodating so we could get the artwork completed with as little disruption as possible in order for the ED to continue seeing patients.
The finished product not only brightens up the department but is welcomed by the younger generation and makes what could be a scary frightening place more friendly and welcoming. The hidden bananas within the monkey mural are an added delight and acts as a wonderful distraction for the children when they are having minor procedures. Hopefully we will work with you again in the future when more funds are raised."
